Conformance Status
Gamdala Ltd. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act, 1998 and its accessibility regulations of 2013.
We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA throughout this website. Where full conformance has not yet been achieved, we are actively working to address remaining gaps.
Accessibility Features
The following measures have been taken to improve accessibility on this website:
- Skip-to-content link on every page
- Keyboard navigation supported throughout, including dropdown menus (Escape to close)
- Full RTL (right-to-left) support for Hebrew pages with correct
lang="he" dir="rtl" - All content images have descriptive alternative text
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks (main, nav, header, footer)
- Consistent heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) on every page
- Color contrast ratio meets 4.5:1 minimum for all body text
- Focus indicators visible for all keyboard-navigable elements
- Accessible names on all buttons and icon links
- Animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionuser setting - Mobile-responsive layout at all screen sizes

Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Embedded YouTube videos (on the Presentations page) are loaded via a privacy-preserving facade; captions depend on YouTube's own caption availability.
- Some older blog posts may contain images with limited alternative text descriptions.
We are continuously reviewing and improving accessibility across all pages.
