How Gamdala handles your personal data.

This website does not use cookies, does not track you, and does not share your data with advertising networks.

This policy applies to the website at www.gamdala.com and covers both its English and Hebrew versions. It was last updated on 18 March 2026.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We have designed this website to collect as little data as possible. Specifically:

  • No cookies — this website does not set any cookies, session cookies, or tracking pixels of any kind.
  • No analytics — we do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any other analytics service.
  • No advertising — we do not serve ads and do not use remarketing or behavioral tracking.
  • No browser storage — we do not write to localStorage or sessionStorage.
  • No forms — this website has no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or login screens. All contact is initiated by you via your own apps (email client, WhatsApp, phone).

3. Fonts — Served Locally

This website uses the Inter and Rubik typefaces. Both font files are hosted on our own server and loaded from our own domain (www.gamdala.com/assets/fonts/). No request is sent to Google Fonts, Google's CDN, or any other third party when you visit this site. Your IP address is therefore not shared with Google as a result of loading fonts.

4. YouTube Videos (Click-to-Load)

The Presentations page includes a video. To protect your privacy, the video player is not loaded automatically. The video only loads when you explicitly click the play button. Until then, no request is sent to YouTube or Google.

When you click to play the video, a connection is established with YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com), which is Google's privacy-preserving YouTube domain. At that point, Google may collect your IP address and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Playing the video is entirely optional.

5. Contact via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone

This website contains links that open your email client (mailto:), WhatsApp, or your phone dialer. If you choose to contact us using one of these channels:

  • Your message, name, and contact details are received by Gamdala Ltd.
  • We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • We retain contact information only as long as necessary to manage our business relationship.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with any third party.
  • WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy in addition to this policy.

Under Israeli Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law (1981), any information you send to us may be stored in a personal database. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information (see Section 8 below).

6. Hosting and Server Logs

This website is hosted on Netlify. Like all web servers, Netlify's infrastructure automatically records standard server access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit. These logs are used by Netlify for operational purposes (security, abuse prevention, and uptime monitoring) and are governed by Netlify's Privacy Policy. Gamdala does not access or process these server logs.

7. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR — EU/EEA Visitors)

For visitors from the European Union or European Economic Area, we process personal data under the following legal bases (GDPR Article 6):

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — server log collection by our hosting provider (Netlify) for security and operational purposes. Our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website outweighs the minimal privacy impact of standard server logs.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — loading the YouTube video, which is entirely optional and requires your explicit click.
  • Pre-contractual measures / Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)) — responding to contact messages you initiate.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
  • Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
  • Restrict how we process your data (Art. 18)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, Amendment 13 (Israeli Residents)

You have the right to:

  • Request to review personal information we hold about you (§13 of the Law)
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of information that is no longer required
  • Object to direct marketing communications
  • Lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (Reshut Haganat HaPratiyut)

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website sets zero cookies — neither first-party nor third-party. No tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or browser storage mechanisms are used. Because no cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is required or displayed.

If you load the optional YouTube video (see Section 4), Google/YouTube may set cookies in your browser in accordance with their own privacy policy.

10. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
